Once you join BonusGo, you can start a Premium trial from your billing settings. You'll have full access to Premium features for 7 days. After the trial, you'll be charged $9 CAD/month. You can cancel anytime during the trial with no charge.
Can I switch between plans?
Yes. Upgrade to Premium anytime from your billing settings. If you cancel Premium, you'll keep access until the end of your current billing period, then automatically return to the Free plan.
What payment methods are accepted?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex) through Stripe. Your payment information is encrypted and never stored on our servers.
How do I cancel Premium?
You can cancel anytime from your billing settings. There are no cancellation fees, and you'll keep Premium access until the end of your current billing period.
Is my banking data secure?
Yes. We use Plaid for secure bank connections with bank-level encryption. Your banking credentials are never stored on our servers. We never share or sell your data.
